Definition:

A sudden change in mood, either due to a narcissistic partner, someone dumping trauma on Tik-Tok or the fuckening happening really early in the day.

Exemplification of Usage:

Me: I was in such a good mood until I got on TraumaTok. I got emotional whiplash. Some people need to treat their secrets like they keep a social security number - take it to the grave.
