Definition:

The counterfeit pills that are readily available that contain unknown substances – may cause hallucinations and even death.

Exemplification of Usage:

Her: I can’t wait till my pills come in the mail! I’ve had such bad insomnia that I bought some Chinese Ambien online.

Days Later – ends up in ER because the pills contained fentanyl. Do not ever buy Chinese Ambien again!
